Self Defence Tip 3: Higher Awareness

We saw in our Self Defense Tip 1: Importance of your eyes, vision. In our Tip 2: Movement, don't let anybody touch you.

Here is our Self Defense Tip 3:

Now, you can see what's happennig, and you can move to avoid any hit, punch or kick.
You must learn now how to work your awareness. People are talking about the 6th sens. Personaly, I believe that if you work it, you will find that it's really true.

If you are like this, you may be already in a great awareness state:

* Once you meet someone, you know his intention
* You know someone's mood almost instantly when you see him/her
* You can communicate with a lot of people without speaking
* When you enter in a place, you can feel that something is wrong
* You are able to anticipate a situation or event which will happen month
before everyone else. And it happens often.


This is something exeptional, but you don't know it, because you think it's normal. Look around you, observe people, ans you will see that you have something which is really powerful. You are aware about what is happenning.

Believe me, this awareness state, or call it alertness (I think alertness is mostly just before something is going to happen) is by far, more important than any of the self defence technique you can learn in any Dojo or training center/academy.

This will not help you in self defense, but in every aspect of your life. It is something you don't want to neglect. And if you know that you have all these qualities, work them like you work your stamina.

Did you see a blind man? His awareness state is almost at the top, and without seeing you, he can guess what kind of person you are, are what are your intention.

Awareness is really powerful.

Conclusion: Develop a higher awareness, and you may never find yourself in a critical situation, because you ALREADY KNEW that something was going to happen.
