By the Way, I want to let you know that I trained with Bas Rutten, the king of pancrace (I trained with him only one day, but it was very informative). It was 6 years ago, when he came in Charles Joussot Club in France, Paris 19th at crimee street.

I like The Ultimate Fighting Championship. If you like figthing, you should know that Tito Ortiz beat Ken Shamrock in a very short time.

Let see what will happen with Chuck Liddell and the UFC 62. It's strange, but it seems like more and more people like to see fighter at the UFC...

Self Defense...

Self defense and fighting are my passions, I was fighting in the street, with all those bad gangs and bad boys.

I didn't start fighting because i liked it, but I HAD too. In the place I was living, if you don't know how to fight, people just disrespect you, you may have a lot of problems...

I read and see a lot of speeches on self defense on the web, and you know what? Most of that I've found is pure crap, it makes me laugh too much, I have beautiful stories to tell to my wife.

I know that most of these people never fighted to save their life, or other people's life.

I did. I was a bodyguard, I worked for a lot of personalities, and I know a bunch of secrets, that only people who had hard days know.

This is the purpose of this blog.
